With over 500 food establishments in one square mile, Soho must be one of the most densely packed areas in London. Together with students from the London School of Architecture, we were trying to get to the heart of what is the Soho food scene about. Narrowing down the multiple points of collected data to a handful of attributes – the most interesting patterns and insights were discovered around the questions of ethnicity, authenticity and outdoor presence.
